Condition
You have your domicile in a park-and-pay zone or in a blue zone

Documents
1. The registration certificate(s) for the vehicle(s) for which you require a tag.
2. Identity card of the applicant
3. Your expired 2007 resident’s tag
4. If the vehicle is registered in a different person’s name: the insurance certificate which states that the applicant is a named driver
5. If you drive a company car: an employer’s certificate which states that you are the normal driver
6. If your vehicle is an - own company - leased car: copy of the lease agreement + excerpt from the Belgian State Gazette containing your company’s statutes.
7. If your company is an -employee’s - leased car: copy of the lease agreement + employers’ certificate which states that you are the normal driver.
8. If you are driving a replacement car: certificate of the garage or automobile association which states that you are entitled to drive the car.
