You can obtain a card for a period for maximum 2 years

Condition
Having one’s domicile in the park-and-pay zone of Ostend

Documents (Only for people who do not have an old resident’s permit.)
- Identification Card of the applicant
- Driver’s Licence of the applicant
- Registration of the vehicle

Important
- Should the vehicle not be registered to the applicant but to a legal entity or corporate body, an attestation from the owner in favor of the driver is needed
- Should the vehicle not be registered the applicant but to another private person, insurance documents in name of the applicant are needed
