VINCI Park in Nieuwpoort from spring 2013
The parking policy of the city of Nieuwpoort will soon undergo a thorough change and VINCI Park will become an important partner in its implementation. In spring 2013 about 3,500 parking spaces on the public road will become part of a paying area and we will assist the city with its management. At the same time, a construction company will start building 3 underground parkings with a total of 1,100 parking spaces and we will also be in charge of their exploitation. SPANISH BASTION in the parking Nationale Bank
VINCI Park has participated in the revaluation of the “SPANISH BASTION”, which was part of the medieval surrounding walls of the City of Antwerp.
The bastion was built in 1542 and originated from the idea to protect the City of Antwerp with fortification walls. Antwerp thus became the first city of the Netherlands to receive such ‘modern’ surrounding walls.
The museum is located in the farthest part of level -3 of the car park near to the Nationale Bank in Antwerp. The official opening is planned next spring.

VINCI Park has recently concluded an agreement with the operators of Parking Ridderstraat in Aalst. VINCI Park will take on an advisory and supporting role in the further commercialisation of this car park. It is also the intention to give the car park a VINCI appearance.
The car park has been open 24/7 for many years and has some 80 spaces. Its location is excellent, just a stone's throw from the Aalst town centre and shopping streets.
